I have been on the hunt for the PERFECT turtleneck sweater dress and I have been eyeing this one ever since I saw it on my friend Cori! She is petite so you can see how she looks in it here! I love that you can style this different ways and the length of it is PERFECT. I went with a belt around the waist and just pulled the dress a bit over it! I did that so you could see the OTK boots better! A turtleneck sweater dress is one of those items that is a must have in your winter wardrobe. A great option for dressing up while it’s still FREEZING outside!
Winter Must Have: Turtleneck Sweater Dress
I just took a basic $5 belt I had in my closet and cinched it above my waist and pulled up over it! It allows the full part of the boots to show and I love that it gives the mid section a little something extra – it breaks up the dress a bit! If it’s really chilly outside, I would throw on a black jacket with this as well!
Sizing details: I am wearing a size 6 US (fits like 2-4) but wish I got the 4 US! Fits TTS
Boots are true to size and would definitely work with a thicker pair of socks underneath as well!

These boots are really cute and I love that higher heel. They are VERY comfortable considering how high the heel is! I would recommend wearing these with over the knee socks because otherwise they will fall down! They fit really well over pants/jeans as well! These are a great price compared to most OTK boots! At $90, they are really great quality! Most of the OTK boots that are excellent quality are always above $150!
I am already missing all the leaves on the trees! Winter has arrived here in CT as it just snowed last week and it is forecasted to be TWENTY DEGREES here on Thanksgiving! How crazy is that?! We won’t have buds on these trees until May/June now! The upside? We get SO MUCH MORE LIGHT in our house without all the leaves on the trees! 🙂 Living in the middle of the woods has it’s challenges 😉
You can absolutely dress this down as well. I kept the belt on to give it shape in the middle and added my favorite pair of black denim and some converse sneaks! My husband only shot a few of these and unfortunately didn’t get a full length but you get the idea 😉 My husband wanted me to take the belt off for a few but I think it looks 150% better with the belt on. You just need to break up the sweater a bit in the middle because it is long otherwise!
Again, this totally works on someone petite as well! You can check it out on my friend, Cori here!
…and one more just for good measure 😉
