Post Thanksgiving Feast Fat Burner Workout

This fat burner workout is brought to you by one of my new blog contributors, Christina! I am so excited to be able to bring you some workouts to get your body moving on a daily basis! My goal is to bring you fresh, new content through my contributors. Content that I have always hoped to add to my blog but because of time restrictions with three kids, another job and maintaining the style & motherhood aspect of this blog – I haven’t been able to add these sections to my blog. Christina has a motherhood lifestyle blog of her own and will be my official exercise/health guru here on the blog! Her undergraduate degree is in Exercise and Health Science and her graduate degree is Health Science with a focus in Respiratory Therapy! I am beyond thrilled to have her on board with us and I hope you are too!

Post Thanksgiving Feast Fat Burner Workout

Thanksgiving is over, and you might be having that post-meal guilt. I think I blacked out a little and ate a couple plate-fulls of mac n’ cheese. But one of the best ways to combat the guilt and truly make yourself feel better is to get moving!

This is a workout that can be done almost anywhere and modified to fit any ability level. (For modifications to each exercise check out this post).

I like to keep my heart rate up during exercises because it burns more calories and also improves your cardiopulmonary system. To keep my heart rate up, I add cardio exercises in between each bodyweight exercise.

Cardio exercises can be any of the following; sprinting, mountain climbers, burpees, jumping jacks, or high knees.

Keep a positive attitude and just try to keep going. Even if that means you do each exercise slower than you think you should or your cardio isn’t sprinting at top speed. Remember, you’ll never regret a work out, but you’ll always regret not working out!
