This post is written in collaboration with Nurture Life. Thank you so much for supporting the brands I love!
Many of you have seen me talk about Nurture Life before and today I am putting everything into a blog post so that it can also live here on my blog! Life can get pretty crazy and it has been so convenient to have these infant/kids meals on hand when needed. I even froze some this time around and it went really well! On days where my husband is working and I am running around with the kids here & there, I always reach for a quick, nutritious meal for them. These Nurture Life meals have been a hit with them and my girls love picking out which meal they want to have! I will also be talking about a few things I do every day to make my day go as smoothly as possible.

I have adapted a few habits along the way and now with three kids, mornings are by far the most hectic. Here are a few things that have helped me prepare for a smooth morning:
1.) Having the girls pick out their outfits before bed and lay them out. In the morning, they brush their teeth and get themselves dressed before coming down. Once they’re down, I do their hair and move on to making breakfast!
2.) The night before I always empty out all the trash cans and make sure that their lunch boxes are washed from the day before. I lay them out on the counter for the next day.
3.) Meal planning ( lunch AND dinner). I cannot tell you how much this has helped. I look at my chalkboard and just throw their lunches together! Nurture Life has saved my butt so many times, I’ve lost count!
4.) Making my bed the second I wake up. It’s a great way to start the morning and sets the tone for the rest of the day.
5.) Exercising in the morning before everyone wakes. THIS ONE IS TOUGH. I have to get up VERY early (4:45) for this to happen but it is 100% worth it and I am ALWAYS more productive when I do it.
6.) Create my to-do list for the next day the night before or the early morning of. This allows me to stay on task throughout the day and prioritize what needs to happen first. It is a VERY difficult balance working from home most of the time so it’s crucial for me to stay organized.
I would love to know what you do to make your mornings go as smoothly as possible in the comments below!
