DIY Stocking Tags Or Gift Tags
Today I’m sharing a fun and simple DIY for making chalkboard gift tags, stocking tags or ornaments! I love finding fun Christmas crafts and pretty ways to wrap gifts!
Here’s what you need:
Small wood slices (I found these at hobby lobby)
Small and medium size paintbrushes
Start by tracing the inner part of the wood slice, where the line of the bark starts with a medium fine tip paint brush. This doesn’t have to be perfect! I found the key is not to put too much paint on the brush
and go in small section.
Once you’ve painted your outer circle, fill it in and let dry.
Drill a small hole at the top of your wood slice, large enough to put twine, ribbon, or whatever you plan on using the hang or attach it with.
Thred your twine or ribbon through and use your chalkboard marker to write whatever you want! You can use these as gift tags, stocking tags, or even an ornament.
Thanks for reading, friends! I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
