Current Health Goals

My third pregnancy was probably the unhealthiest one of my three. After he was born, I vowed to get myself back into the best shape of my life. To be a mother of three kids and be able to do 100 push ups, run 5 miles and lift all the heavy things – that is my CURRENT goal. For no reason other than I would love to get into the best shape of my life for my three babies. I want them to know health is important, that you can be a girl and you can be STRONG, and that just because I have three kids – doesn’t mean I can’t find the time to workout. I may not get in my workouts daily, some weeks it might be 5 times, while others will be 2. That is OKAY. I am giving myself grace and focusing on getting strong whenever I can.

Even while nursing, I had the hardest time making sure that I was drinking enough. I am a huge seltzer fan but have a hard time with plain ole water. November is the month where I am changing that. I have daily goals of how much water I need to drink and I cannot wait to see what a difference this makes in my skin and my mental/physical body. 

Bottom line is, you can BE heathier. No matter how crazy your life right now seems! Every morning for us looks like this and its complete chaos, but making sure I stay healthy, take my vitamins, exercise, drink plenty of water, etc. makes me feel like super mom 😉
