Choosing Bath Towels That Will Last

This weekly wrap up post is sponsored by Brooklinen. Thank you so much for supporting the brands that I truly love!

We have owned the same bath towels since we got married in 2012 and they have needed replacing since about 2013 (ha!) so I am excited to talk to you about choosing bath towels that will last since I had such a bad experience the first time around. When it comes to bath and bed linens, I truly believe in investing in the best quality so that they will last. You use bath towels every single day and sleep on your sheets for 7+ hours (as a mother, if you’re lucky) so it’s important to invest in quality. Brooklinen bath towels and sheets showed up on my door step a few weeks ago and I swear I’m in heaven.

Brooklinen’s bath towels knock every other towel out of the park. They are thick and luxurious and made with Turkish cotton. I scooped them up in the color “smoke” and love the contrast they give in our neutral bathroom! They are a great gift for someone as a wedding gift, bridal shower, birthday or keep it in mind for the holiday season. High quality linens are always a great gift that someone can enjoy!

We also have their sheets and can attest to how amazing they feel against your skin while sleeping. I never used to invest in quality bed linens until a few years ago and they will last you forever! We have the classic sheet and love them for the price but they also have these 480 thread count ones and the linen fabric which are even more luxurious!

Great Gift Idea for a New Mama: Personally I love gifting a new mom something for herself since the majority of items she receives are for the baby. It’s important to not forget about the countless hours that mom will spend nurturing her child and she cannot do that without first taking care of herself. If you are attending a baby shower or seeing a friend who has recently had a baby, I would get together with a few other friends and pitch in for the 480 thread count sheets and then add in a face mask, homemade linen spray with essential oils and some great nursing pajamas! She will be floored when she opens the gift and she will sleep better thanks to you!
