Quick & Easy Caramel Cream Cheese Apple Dip
Another quick and easy recipe coming your way today! This recipe is perfect for a yummy dessert at home, to bring over to a dinner date as a guest, or for any casual entertaining occasion. Made with fresh milk and real cream, and with no preservatives, the Philadelphia Cream Cheese layer on the bottom is quite the treat! Up next is the drizzled caramel layer (I have always been such a fiend for caramel!) followed by a chopped peanut layer. If there is a peanut allergy, you could always substitute it out!
I never knew how many yummy recipes contained Philadelphia Cream Cheese until I decided to work with them on these editorials. Having a block on hand in your fridge is always a good idea since so many recipes call for it! When I was pregnant with both of my babies’ I actually had to have a jalapeño bagel every single morning topped with Philadelphia Cream Cheese. It was the only way to get through my morning sickness! Yum!
Without further ado, here is the yummy cream cheese apple dip!

- 5 apples, sliced
- 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces caramel topping
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Spread the sweetened cream cheese into a thin layer on a platter.
- Pour caramel topping over the cream cheese, and then sprinkle with chopped peanuts and serve!
