The Ultimate Baby Registry Checklist

When it came time to create my baby registry, I was so overwhelmed with the choices. I actually feel like “less is better” when it comes to getting everything you need for your baby. We have already downsized what we originally had because it was taking up so much space and we hardly used it. I have created a list of the things that we have used religiously throughout the past 10+ months. I plan to create separate posts about what she is currently using/playing with every few months. However, I do try to keep her toys to a minimum considering she likes everything besides her toys anyway (cat toys, her thermometer & pots & pans)  πŸ˜‰

*I have to add that this particular bathtub definitely takes up the most space but it is amazing. You can use it from birth all the way up to 2-3 years old and it really keeps her situated so that she cannot dip down into the water. We absolutely love this tub and highly recommend it!

We are huge fans of Sandra Boynton. Her books are so witty and a pleasure to read. Most recently my mother got her “The Pout-Pout Fish” and Olivia just loves this book. It has the cutest rhymes in it and my husband and I have come to the conclusion that it is our favorite book thus far.

*The first 8 weeks or so Olivia would blow out diapers and would always stain her clothing. I could never get the stains out in the wash no matter what I used and I searched high and low for something that would work. This Oxiclean remover spray works wonders and every mama should have it on hand!

* Olivia loves her mum mums in the car and on walks! Keeps her entertained!

*These Aden and Anais sheets are the softest sheets in the world. By far, the best ones we have tried. Olivia also slept in a sleep sack for the first 3 months, they made her feel secure. We have about 4 of them that we would rotate. Love them!

Wear Anything by Wunway (bunny ears headband & mother goose hair clips) || Baby Denim Jeggings || Shop Mini Moxie Moccasins || Footie Pajamas || Chambray Bloomers || Anything from Sapling Child — organic and so comfy! || Von Bon Knot Hats || Terry Fleece Jacket

*These are just a few of the things we have loved for Olivia!

Travel   Pack N Play Playard  || Hayden Reis Black & White Tote || Sakura Bloom Sling ||

*I’m not sure if you can tell but this Hayden Reis bag has about 8 pockets inside the bag. I use it every.single.day. I organize all the pockets with Olivia’s things and I just love it. It is a must have for any mama and a great gift for a baby shower!

You will also want to look into a stroller (we have one for running and one for normal walks/shopping/etc.) as well as a car seat. You will need an infant car seat in the beginning and then another one once they grow out of that (we changed Olivia’s at 8 months).

Happy Shopping! πŸ™‚

Great list! I would have also added this special pillow to prevent the baby from getting a flat head…I can’t remember the name of it, but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about πŸ™‚
