The Gift of Health

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Withings, part of Nokia. All opinions are 100% mine.

Being a parent and mother of two has taught me more than ever how important our health can be. I want to be around for as long as possible for my children and I also want to teach them how important it is to care for yourself and make the right, healthy choices. Giving someone the gift of health this year is one of the most important gifts you can give and receive.

The Gift of Health

The Withings Steel watch and Body Cardio scale are two of the gifts that would be perfect for the individual whose goal is to be as healthy as possible this year. This stylish watch comes in 9 colors and is built for 24/7 advanced activity tracking and it requires no charging! You can run, walk or even SWIM with this Steel watch and it monitors everything for you using their patented Connected Movement™ Technology. It syncs all of the information to the Health Mate App to give you in-depth metrics, personal coaching and more!

The Gift of Health

The Body Cardio scale breaks it all down for you, including weight, body fat and water percentages, and even muscle and bone mass! Body Cardio is the world’s thinnest and most advanced scale and one that would be perfect in your own home! This scale is certainly something I would keep out of the home while pregnant or nursing but when it’s time to get myself back in gear, you better bet this scale is one of the best!

The Gift of Health

2017 will be the year that we both focus more on our health and make it a priority. Birthing two children in 3 years definitely takes it toll and I certainly have never been great about what I ate. I can’t wait to make this the year that I make better decisions and have the ability to track it all too!

These sound like great gift ideas. I’d love to receive them under the tree for MY Christmas! That watch is gorgeous, and the scale would certainly help me keep my weight loss and fitness goals going strong. Thanks so much for sharing both of these!

My wife has been dropping hints for a while that I should get her something like this. I thought I was done Christmas shopping already but this looks like a perfect stocking stuffer. I’m sure she will love it. She likes monitoring her health and I think this gift will help her stay focused on her health goals.

That is gorgeous and doesn’t look like a normal fitness tracker. Definitely an upgrade. It matches my everyday look, so I would need to give it a try. I can’t believe it doesn’t need to be charged. Changing the smartwatch game!

I have never heard of Withings but this sounds like a fabulous watch. I’m actually in the market for a new watch so i will check this one out for sure. I am trying to make 2017 a year of great health for me too. It’s a journey but every little step counts!

OMG, love the look of that Withings watch. My Fitbit died last month and I haven’t found anything I wanted to replace it with yet. Will totally checkout the watch – so stylish and practical.

I am also hoping to make 2017 my year as far as health and wellness go. I’ve been eyeing some other watches lately, but none of them are near as stylish as this one! I’ll be adding this Withings Steel watch and scale to my Christmas list!

That watch is very sleek, simple and elegant. I haven’t heard of this brand before but I’m intrigued to see more of their products!

I just love the look of this fitness tracker! I always hate wearing my current one if I’m in anything dressier than jeans…it sticks out like a sore thumb. Yay for someone finally making a really attractive one. Love that it has all the bells and whistles of other trackers without looking so…you know! 😉 Thanks for sharing.

I love the look of it too. This is the most important gift of all…the gift of health. Your health is your wealth isn’t that what they say? I am going to have to check these out. Pretty pics and thank you for writing this. Merry Christmas.
