Introducing Healthy Eating Habits Early On

As your baby grows, it can be very difficult to keep them on track and eating healthy foods on a daily basis. I have been getting a lot of questions in regards to when we will start solids with Miles and typically I wait for my kids to let me know (heavy eye contact while we are eating and interest in our food is the greatest sign).
