Finding ME Time with Two Toddlers and a Newborn

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Freeman Beauty. All opinions are 100% mine.

Let’s be serious here, I may have about 15 or maybe 20 minutes of ME time on a daily basis but the important part is making sure you pencil it in! Whether that means you take a longer shower, paint your nails, eat an entire container of cookie dough or put on your favorite facial mask, it’s important to take care of yourself. Becoming a mother means you become selfless. You put all others above yourself and rarely take the time to take care of YOU. It’s important that you feel like a million bucks because in turn, this can make you a better mama to your children. The other day I was able to take a 15 minute shower, put on my favorite facial mask (Freeman Beauty Infusion Cleansing Clay Mask Charcoal & Probiotics) AND read through the latest pottery barn catalog (Olivia MAY have snuck in her American Girl catalog too).

Since my skin is going crazy with all of my postpartum hormones, I have been pretty religious about putting on Freeman Beauty Infusion Cleansing Clay Mask Charcoal & Probiotics twice a week, the product is available to buy at ULTA. It gently draws out all the oils and toxins from your skin and leaves it looking radiant and clean. Freeman Beauty is one of my favorite brands because they do not test on animals, their products are dermatologist approved and their products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and mineral oil. Visit this link to Learn more! These products even come in smaller sizes so that you can bring them along with you on trips and pamper yourself on the go! The mask went on really easily, which was great because I haven’t always had that experience with facial masks! I absolutely loved the way that my skin felt and looked after the mask was removed. It felt clean and smooth and I can’t wait to try it out again!

What I want for you to do today is take out your planner and schedule in a few minutes of pampering every day. See what times work and mark them on the calendar and tell your significant other that those 15-20 minutes are YOURS and that you get to use them however you wish. Once they are written down, they are more set in stone and you are more apt to actually take the time for yourself. Do it for a few days and see what a huge difference it makes. Underneath your time frame, write down what it is you wish to do. For example,

Thursday

4 pm – 4:20 pm

Mini facial at home and pedi

You deserve it and I guarantee that you will feel like a million bucks afterwards!

Oh, and I should also mention that you need to get out on a date night as soon as possible! Don’t forget to spend time with the one who helped you become a family! It can be easy to forget about each other in the daily shuffles of life but it’s so important to keep that relationship strong! 🙂
