Weight gained: 159! I never went over 155 with my first two babies but I am still going to chalk this up as a win because I am still walking 2 miles a day! πŸ˜‰

Symptoms: Charlie horses that wake me out of a dead sleep and have me howling in pain. Why are they so terrible?! I also have some lower back pain that is starting to kick in! I forgot how much these last 4 weeks really take a toll on our bodies! But overall, that is all that I can complain about! Ha!

Nursery update….ALMOST THERE! The rocker arrived today and I just need to get one more decor piece and it will be ready for it’s debut!

1 thing I am currently having trouble with:  Anxiety. For whatever reason I have been pretty anxious about the laboring of this one. My first was a nightmare but my second was pretty good all around so I have no idea why I feel this way! I am just hoping that everything moves along as it should! Does anyone have any tips for sunny side up babies? My first two were sunny side up and it’s NO fun trying to push those out…….

1 moment I loved about this past week: Being able to go to two days of wedding festivities with my fella! We never get alone time anymore so this was a treat! Huge thanks to my friend Amy who actually brought her whole family to our house for a sleepover so that we could stay at a hotel! πŸ™‚

1 thing I plan to do for myself this week:  I wanted to get a pedicure (in case I go into labor sooner rather than later) and I finally made it to the nail salon to get one done! There’s nothing quite like a good pedicure while pregnant!

My first two babies were sunny β˜€οΈ side up too and now I’m 20 weeks along with my third. My midwife recommended seeing a chiropractor to help open up and align the pelvis so the baby can come out in correct position. I’ve been seeing one several times a week for the past few weeks and am sleeping better and having much relief of my back and neck pain. It’s not too late to get adjusted to help have a quicker easier labor. Check out the website spinningbabies.com! Hope this helps πŸ™‚

Both of mine were sunny side up – THE. WORST. Especially the back labor that goes along with it. I can’t wait to meet baby #3 πŸ™‚
