23 Weeks // Bump Update

The most drastic update this week is really just how difficult it has been to work out. Making time is the first obstacle and the second is finding the energy! Once I finally do, the pressure in my pelvis makes it nearly impossible to jog and I really need to get back to my kick boxing class! I haven’t been in about a week and I am planning to go this Thursday! Oh, and I am trying pre-natal yoga for the first time tomorrow! I am so excited!

23 Week Bump Update
 
Size: Baby is the size of a grapefruit! We are over the 1 pound mark and my guesses are we have a little chubber in there like the past two times πŸ˜‰ 
 
Weight gained: Up 21 lbs. Maybe more, who’s counting? πŸ˜‰  I am definitely gaining more with this third pregnancy but I am trying to go with the flow! It’s been difficult to work out frequently!
 
Symptoms: REFLUX. It’s the devil, I swear. 
Favorite wardrobe piece to wear right now: Now that it’s getting warmer, I am sticking to dresses until the end. Dresses all day, errrry day. This one is my fav and SUPER CHEAP!

Pregnancy related Item I have loved this week: My compression stockings are becoming my best friend……..
1 thing I am currently having trouble with:   Water intake and working out consistently. Finding time is hard and the pressure in my pelvis is making things a bit more difficult this time around!

1 moment I loved about this past week: TODAY! Being able to take my oldest to the beach on a little date while our sitter was watching our youngest. I don’t often get 1 on 1 time with her so it was amazing to be able to bond with her today!
 
1 thing I plan to do for myself this week:  PEDICURE. I am in desperate need of one and I can’t reach!

Food cravings: Strawberry shortcake. Same as last week and I am going to hunt down every restaurant until I find one that serves it!

Currently working on: Relaxation and becoming better at stress management. Running around after two YOUNG kids while pregnant is honestly, no joke. I thought it would be easier and it’s WAY harder than I imagined it. I am constantly winded and tired. Another reason why working out is so difficult! I feel like I get a decent workout with just the two of them all day! πŸ˜‰

    oh these photos are gorgeous! you look amazing! i seriously don’t know how you’re doing it making it look so easy [i mean that in a good way :)] with the two girlies and everything else you juggle!!

    Try getting in a pool for a workout if you can. I did prenatal water aerobics when I was expecting my first and planning to register again this time around. It’s so much less pressure since the water helps hold up your belly.
