The most drastic update this week is really just how difficult it has been to work out. Making time is the first obstacle and the second is finding the energy! Once I finally do, the pressure in my pelvis makes it nearly impossible to jog and I really need to get back to my kick boxing class! I haven’t been in about a week and I am planning to go this Thursday! Oh, and I am trying pre-natal yoga for the first time tomorrow! I am so excited!
1 thing I am currently having trouble with: Water intake and working out consistently. Finding time is hard and the pressure in my pelvis is making things a bit more difficult this time around!
1 moment I loved about this past week: TODAY! Being able to take my oldest to the beach on a little date while our sitter was watching our youngest. I don’t often get 1 on 1 time with her so it was amazing to be able to bond with her today!
1 thing I plan to do for myself this week: PEDICURE. I am in desperate need of one and I can’t reach!
Food cravings: Strawberry shortcake. Same as last week and I am going to hunt down every restaurant until I find one that serves it!
Currently working on: Relaxation and becoming better at stress management. Running around after two YOUNG kids while pregnant is honestly, no joke. I thought it would be easier and it’s WAY harder than I imagined it. I am constantly winded and tired. Another reason why working out is so difficult! I feel like I get a decent workout with just the two of them all day! 😉
